On 29 June 2012, the WTO Appellate Body issued its reports in the cases “US – Certain Country of Origin Labelling (COOL) Requirements” (DS384 and DS386)........ "The Appellate Body recommends that the DSB request the United States to bring its measures, found in this Report, and in the Canada Panel Report as modified by this Report, to be inconsistent with the GATT 1994 and the TBT Agreement, into conformity with its obligations under those Agreements".
